HOW CAN I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
We can do deliveries or you can pick up your order at anytime between 7am-3:30pm from our location at 342 Stapylton-Jacobs Well Rd STAPYLTON QLD 4207.
Also remember that there may be wait times if we have to load many trucks.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE READY TO COLLECT?
If we have the products ordered in stock, you can expect your order to be ready in 1-3 business days.
However, if we need to manufacture any products for an order than it could be up to 3 weeks wait.
Also please make sure all orders are paid otherwise we will not manufacture your order.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Please call us to make payments for orders on 07 3807 2007. We don't accept online payment as we like to talk to our customers and make sure their orders are correct, that we can prep their order for delivery or be ready for you to pickup. Please have you order number ready, which is emailed to you. You have 1 week to make a call to pay for you order or we will cancel the order. You will receive a paper invoice receipt when you pickup or receive your delivery.
WHAT IS PALMER STEEL TRADING’S RETURN POLICY?
Items can be returned, however they need to be in saleable condition.
Re-Stocking fees may apply.
